ACCOUNT & DATA SECURITY

How We Handle Your Data and Account

We apply layered security practices across every account on our platform — from the moment you register to every withdrawal you request.

Data Encryption

All personal and financial data transmitted through DANA, OVO, GoPay, or QRIS is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Stored records are encrypted at rest using AES-256, and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to improve page performance. You can manage or withdraw cookie consent at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the site footer, without affecting your account access.

Account Security

Two-factor authentication is available for all accounts and can be activated in under two minutes through the Security tab in your account settings. We strongly encourage you to enable it before making your first QRIS or GoPay deposit.

Data Retention

Transaction logs, identity verification documents, and account history are retained for five years from the date of your last activity. After that period, data is permanently deleted unless a lawful authority has required extended retention.

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data to marketing partners. Data is shared with third parties only when required by a lawful authority, or with payment processors like DANA and OVO strictly to complete your transaction.

Requesting Changes

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing our legal team. We respond within five business days and confirm every action taken on your account in writing.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

These are the questions we receive most often about our legal terms, your rights, and how we manage your account data. Each answer reflects the actual steps we follow — not a general policy summary.

Your account is deactivated and login access is removed. However, transactional and identity records are retained for five years as required by financial regulations. You may still request a copy of your archived data after closure by contacting our legal team.
